In follow-up to last night’s WebEx between 138 East and CSOT, I wanted to say thank you for arranging Via and Sam for us. I believe both sides felt that they did a nice job. For me, they dialed in early and engaged right away, they were very personable, patient when it was necessary, and not hesitant at all to get clarity as it was needed to provide a suitable translation. We had one native Chinese member on our team, who afterwards said to me that both of them “did quite well” with the occasionally very technical nature of the discussion”.

I very much look forward to using Sam, Via, and yourself again soon.
